110G LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
110G CHOCOLATE CHIPS
01 EGG YOLKS

SALT FLAKES - TO TASTE
PREP TIME:
10 min + 2hr freeze
COOK TIME:
20 min
DIRECTIONS:
1. CREAM BUTTER & SUGAR TOGETHER UNTIL BUTTER TURNS WHITE
2. FOLD IN EGG YOLK AND EGG
3. FOLD IN QUICK STACKS
4. FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS
5. DIVIDE INTO 8 BALLS & FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS, PREFERABLY 24HRS
6. BAKE ON PAPER LINED BAKING SHEET FOR 20 MINS AT 170 CELSIUS
7. LET COOL FOR 10 MINS & SERVE WARM
